Any product you see online is not readily on display in-store. Store staff will not be able to access any of the inventory unless it has been purchased through the website. There are no exceptions.
Once an order is paid via the available checkout methods, it may take up to 24 hours to prepare your items. You will receive an email when it is ready. If you have not received your email and it has been less than 24 hours, your order may not be picked up.
We reserve the right to refuse service for disruptive behavior or staff safety concerns.
